Refund policy

1) Conditions for refunds
We only offer refunds in the following cases
- Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 60 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost. It can take up to 10 working days to get a refund for a damaged product before it is credited to your bank account.

3. Exchange to a different size
If the customer has chosen an incorrect size during the purchase, it is possible to request a different size, but only up to 12 hours after the purchase before the parcel is shipped. After that it is no longer possible.
IMPORTANT: The items are available in different sizes depending on the brand, so it is possible that a larger size than the one ordered online will be delivered to our store.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size after delivery, please follow the instructions below:
a. Returning the product: You must return the product in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, otherwise no refund will be possible. 4 Refund procedure
Once we have received and inspected the returned product and confirmed that it falls within our refund policy, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
