Article 3 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and every distance contract and order between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Prior to the conclusion of the distance contract, the text of these general terms and conditions must be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be stated prior to the conclusion of the distance contract that the general terms and conditions can be viewed at the trader's premises and will be sent free of charge as soon as possible at the consumer's request.

Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, if the distance contract is concluded by electronic means, the text of these general terms and conditions may be made available to the consumer by electronic means prior to the conclusion of the distance contract in such a way that it can be easily stored by the consumer on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, it shall be done subsequently.

When concluding the distance contract, it must be stated where the general terms and conditions can be consulted electronically and that they will be sent electronically or otherwise free of charge at the consumer's request.

If product or service-specific conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, paragraphs 2 and 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis and the consumer may always invoke the applicable provision.
